PUNCH FRAMES AND HAND PUPPET THEATRES

Standard Frame.

This type of collapsible theatre was designed by George Blake.  It has been in use in England for many years, based on the lazy tongs principal and constructed in two sections, it is light weight and fast to build.  When folded it is approximately the size of a golf bag and weighs around 16 kilos.  The lazy tongs construction method is extremely versatile and permits an infinite variety of designs to suit individual needs.
